At EleSafari, we value clarity and flexibility. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair while
respecting the commitments made with our partners.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be shared in writing via email.
Cancellation charges are applicable from the date we receive your written request.
Cancellation Timeline
• 45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge.
• 45 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the experience cost.
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the experience cost.
• 15 to 10 days before arrival: 75% of the experience cost.
• Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the experience cost.
Refunds
Eligible refunds, once approved, are processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Notes
Once a journey has commenced, refunds are limited and depend on recoveries from our partner providers.
Unused services, including accommodation, transport, or guided experiences, are non-refundable.
